Architected and led the development of a scalable Product Phase Gate Roadmap at a global toy company. Built with a cross-functional teams across regions, the process integrated diverse functional needs—from insights to design, engineering, marketing, and operations—into a shared, phase-driven structure with clear ownership and accountability. Led the framework design and supported its integration into Workfront alongside Product Development, IT, and Marketing—contributing to a 50% increase in product development efficiency and earning recognition through Workfront’s Lion Award for enterprise-wide deployment. The system helped ensure consumer needs remained central throughout development.
